Cap Vista is the strategic venture investment arm of the Defence Science and Technology Agency. 

Cap Vista 's mission is to identify and make strategic venture investments in  local and overseas emerging and early - stage companies that  develop cutting-edge technologies that can serve Singapore's defence and security needs.

Cap Vista value-adds by opening doors to our extensive network of defence partners, both locally and overseas, as well as other Singapore government agencies.

For prospective companies focused on commercial markets, Cap Vista helps to identify the dual-use potential of their cutting-edge technologies. Cap Vista seeks to  engage  such prospective companies  through the following  means :        

1. Product Sales: Cap Vista facilitates  the marketing  of the prospective companies'  cutting-edge technology and innovative products to our defence and security partners such as the Defence Science and Technology Agency.        

2. Project R&D Funding: Through Cap Vista's facilitation, prospective companies receive project R&D funding from our defence partners to develop their  next generation cutting-edge  technology and innovative products to better  meet our defence needs.      

3. Investment Funding: Where necessary and subject to due diligence processes, Cap Vista acts as a strategic investor and provides prospective companies with financing through investment mechanisms, including  equity investment and  convertible notes.
