Job Title: Investment Manager / Senior Investment Manager

Responsibilities:
You will be part of the Cap Vista Investment Team to source, structure and invest in the private equity of outstanding high-tech startups both locally and overseas, with the aim of facilitating technology transfer or access to meet the defence and security needs of Singapore. You will need to understand MINDEF's technological needs, evaluate and benchmark technologies from innovative startups and facilitate MINDEF's engagement with these companies.

Requirement:
- A good degree in disciplines such as Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Communications, Robotics and Mechanical Engineering.
- Business-related qualification such as MBA, CFA and MFE and prior work experiences in private equity investments will be added advantage.
- Prior work experience in defence/security-related entities.
- Ability to grasp technological trends and perform technical evaluation.
- Highly motivated individual and a good team player.
- Resourceful, proactive and able to work independently.
