Tze Hoe is an Investment Manager focused on originating and executing strategic investments across various technology sectors. His professional interests include areas pertaining to corporate strategy, business development, investment structuring and valuation.

Prior to joining Cap Vista, Tze Hoe was an Aeronautical Engineer at Singapore's DSO National Laboratories where he specialised in nonlinear aeroelasticity and involved in developing advanced Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV) systems. At the Guided Systems Division, he was deeply involved in various multi-million R&D projects and received the DSO Special Recognition Award in 2005. Previously, Tze Hoe worked as a Summer Analyst at Merrill Lynch Investment Manager and interned at high-tech incubator, Kent Ridge Digital Labs.
