As a Cap Vista investment manager, Elaine actively scouts and manages strategic investments for DSTA.

Prior to joining Cap Vista, Elaine was with the International Relations Office in DSTA for 3 years, where she managed defence technology interactions with the US and Australia.

Elaine obtained a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore (NUS) under a Public Service Commission scholarship. She has also obtained a MSc in Chemistry from NUS.
