As a Cap Vista investment manager, Julie actively scouts and manages strategic investments for DSTA.

Prior to joining Cap Vista, Julie was with the Sensor Systems Department at DSTA for 3 years, where she managed acquisition projects for the SAF. Her work there focused mainly on managing radar projects for coastal defense purposes. She was also involved in systems integration.

Julie obtained her MSc degree in Electrical Eng from the Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden, in 2004 while on a DSTA scholarship. In addition, she is fluent in the Swedish language, having spent 5.5 years in Sweden. She is currently a CFA candidate.
