Keen Sing joins Cap Vista to seek out gems that shall enhance our soldiers' capabilities to achieve greater mission success albeit the technical requirements get more complicated and dynamic over time.  Concurrently in DSTA, he leads  a programme in the rapid development and acquisition of equipment for the Singapore Armed Forces. In addition, he is also leading the efforts in developing and acquiring Non-Lethal Capabilities.  Keen Sing has experience in armoured platforms development, enterprise risk management for technologies, facilitate funding requirements for major projects, master plan and systems architect for complex System-of-Systems. 

Funded by the DSTA postgraduate and undergraduate scholarships, and Nanyang Technological University research scholarship, Keen Sing graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Master of Science (Engineering & Management) degree and from the Nanyang Technological University with Master and Bachelor of Engineering degrees.
